Therefore, it is necessary to apply a stability device to a power system and it is called a Power System Stabilizer (PSS). One of stability design is a feedback control design. Here, in this research, the state feedback control is designed for Single Machine Infinite Bus (SMIB) . The SMIB model is non-linear therefore the feedback control can’t be designed directly. Some researchers do linearize the system before design the feedback control. &nbsp;In this research, a nonlinear model of SMIB is build in a state space form. Subsequently, a fuzzification Takagi-Sugeno is applied. The state feedback controls are applied to design the control of SMIB fuzzy system, a state feedback gain is determined using method Routh Hurwitz. Determining the parameter of state feedback gain influence the performance of SMIB. Therefore, it is important to determine the suitable parameter such that the SMIB has the optimal performance. The Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) is applied to optimize the performance of SMIB. In this research, it is compared to the performance of SMIB by applying between Routh Hurwitz, fuzzy Routh Hurwitz, <em>PSO fuzzy Routh Hurwitz</em> for state feedback control. Humans with various activities often do not pay attention to the condition of the lights in the room whether it lights up or not. This is certainly a waste of electricity when they leave the room without turning off the switch. Therefore, researchers propose an automation system that can save electricity from lighting. In designing the system there are two sensors used, namely Passive Infra-Red (PIR) sensor and Light Dependent Resistor (LDR) sensor. PIR functions to detect the presence of human movements (objects) in the sensor work area, while the LDR sensor functions to detect the intensity of light around the room. With the existence of limits related to radio frequency because the black spot can have an impact on the speed of service, both in terms of recovering when there is interference, communication for coordination between officers, and maintenance work. Whereas efforts to expand the radio frequency coverage area by building repeater link towers and BTS tower rental require relatively large costs. Information technology that is experiencing current developments makes it easy for everyone to communicate through various media, one of which is an internet connection. The widespread development of infrastructure owned by telecommunications providers, the wider the availability of internet connections in the blank spot area. To overcome the blank spot area that affects SAIDI and SAIFI, Radio Gateway Over Internet Protocol is used in the working area of ​​PT. PLN (Persero) Banyuwangi Area that connects radio communication with mobile phones through the internet network. From the calculation results using the average formula in the Mircosoft excel program the previous SAIDI average value is 0.42 hours/customer in each month. Meanwhile, the value of SAIDI averaged around 0.097 hours/customer. For the previous SAIFI average value is 0.398 times/customer in each month. Meanwhile, the average SAIFI value is around 0.14 times/customer. The tofu production process produces solid and liquid waste. The liquid waste contains very high BOD, COD, and TSS which has the potential to pollute the environment, therefore it is necessary to have a Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP). This study aims to determine the economic feasibility study of the operation of the WWTP. The research was conducted at CV. Proma Tun Saroyyan Probolinggo. To find out the economic feasibility of the operation of WWTPs using the parameters of the Net Present Value (NPV), Payback Period (PP) and Benefit Cost Ratio (B / C R).&nbsp;&nbsp;The results showed that the WWTP used was the Anaerob-Biogas system, the anaerobic system is wastewater treatment by utilizing microorganisms that work without oxygen-free, with three stages, namely: Hydrolysis, Acidification, and Methane Formation Stage. The resulting methane gas (biogas) is a mixture of various types of gases, including CH4 (54% -70%), CO2 (27% -45%), O2 (1% -4%), N2 (0.5% -3%), CO (1%), and H2 which are stored in the gas holder and distributed to the community as an alternative fuel to replace LPG gas.&nbsp;For an analysis of economic feasibility with NPV criteria shows that the biogas WWTP is profitable because the NPV value is positive at Rp. 58,249,000. Based on the criteria of PP, which is 5 years 10 months 20 days, which means that the time is quite short and does not exceed the age of the economical gas holder. And the value of B / C Ratio is 1.4109 which means that the WWTP biogas in the CV. The interference if it lasts a long time will affect the quality and continity of electrical power distribution as well as the reliability and safety of the equipment on the system. To minimize the possibility of interference and to minimize the consequences caused by interference, an analysis of disturbances in the electric power system is needed. This study discusses the classification and analysis of disturbances in the electric power system. The type of interference in the electric power system is classified into two, namely symmetry and non-symmetrical interference. Symmetry disturbances are three phase disturbances which are described by the equation of the sequence of the symmetry component system. Sequence equations from the symmetry component system are positive sequence equations, negative sequence equations, and zero sequence equations. Non-symmetrical interference is a disorder that often occurs in electric power systems, namely the interference of one network to the ground, network interference to the network and interference of two networks to the ground. This research is to classify and to analyze the types of disturbances in the Java-Bali electric power system 500 kV 20 buses in the form of a single line diagram, using Power World Simulator and ETAP Software applications.
